The ESMTA Welcomes Chris Fallon
A changing of the guards!
Effective immediately Larry Migliozzi will no longer be serving as Boating Law Administrator for Parks. Larry has been promoted to a new position with oversight of teethe Agency's marine, snowmobile water safety, employee/patron health & safety programs and emergency management functions for Parks. He will continue to manage the Boating Infrastructure Grant & Navigation Aids program.
Obviously we will miss our close friend & colleague while applauding his promotion and recognizing he's not going very far away. The ESMTA congratulates Larry!
Chris Fallon will replace Larry.
Chris, most recently the Director of the Snowmobile unit for Parks. He earned a Bachelor of Science in MarineTransportation from the NY Maritime College a a US Coast Guard Third Mate license. In 1983, Chris accepted a position with Parks as a Marine Services Representative, a title he held until 1999. He participated in creation of many of the programs instrumental to NYS boating safety efforts.
Chris will be attending our Advocacy Day program being held at 677 Prime on March 12th & 13th - The ESMTA will properly welcome Chris at that time.
